Namibia b&w
Namibia b&w was one of my first black & white photographic projects.
A country of amazing beauty, safe to travel and a stable democracy since its independence in 1990, Namibia is a wonderful country.
During a 6-week expedition in 2015 with an old Landrover Defender, packed with camping equipment and roof tents, we toured Namibia from the Southeast to the North, starting with Lion photography in the Kalahari Desert, continuing along the coast northwards along the Sossusvlei and Naukluft Desert, the Skeleton Coast and Namib Desert, and then crossing over towards Etosha National Park.
We met wonderful people who are proud of their achievements as a young Nation and immersed into the phantastic variety of landscapes and ecosystems of Namibia. A great experience, not only from a photography perspective!
